Polymer diffusion welding

It achieves the purpose of connecting two or more metal parts into one by the diffusion of polymer materials.

EMPT

EMPT can achieve welding between metal and non-metal materials by applying a high voltage to the electrode between the tungsten electrode and the nozzle or applying a high voltage between the tungsten electrode and the workpiece.

Ultrasonic welding

The ultrasonic energy is transmitted to the weld area through the upper weldment, and due to the large acoustic resistance at the weld area, that is, the interface of the two welds, local high temperatures are generated. Due to the poor thermal conductivity of the plastic, it cannot be distributed in time for a while and gathers in the welding area, resulting in the rapid melting of the contact surface of the two plastics, and after a certain pressure, it is integrated into one. When the ultrasonic stops acting, let the pressure continue, some pressure holding time, so that it solidifies, thus forming a strong molecular chain, to achieve the purpose of welding, welding strength can be close to the raw material body strength.

Friction welding

Friction welding refers to a method of welding by using the heat generated by the friction of the workpiece contact surface as a heat source to cause plastic deformation of the workpiece under pressure.

Laser welding

The laser energy is refracted to the surface of the metal material to be welded, and the surface of the metal material is melted at high temperature to achieve the connection.
