Soft and hard connection assembly line

Mainly for the production of hard and soft connectors assembly line, the use of assembly line structure with automatic welding line, visual inspection, production line to achieve MES system for each process data detection, traceability and query.

High voltage distribution system assembly line

It is mainly aimed at the production and assembly of BDU/PDU in the field of new energy vehicles and energy storage. The system adopts assembly line structure and fully automatic tightening. The test system has high product stability. The production line realizes data upload of MES system, and detects, traces and queries the data of each process.

Polymer diffusion welding

It achieves the purpose of connecting two or more metal parts into one by the diffusion of polymer materials.

EMPT

EMPT can achieve welding between metal and non-metal materials by applying a high voltage to the electrode between the tungsten electrode and the nozzle or applying a high voltage between the tungsten electrode and the workpiece.

Ultrasonic welding

The ultrasonic energy is transmitted to the weld area through the upper weldment, and due to the large acoustic resistance at the weld area, that is, the interface of the two welds, local high temperatures are generated. Due to the poor thermal conductivity of the plastic, it cannot be distributed in time for a while and gathers in the welding area, resulting in the rapid melting of the contact surface of the two plastics, and after a certain pressure, it is integrated into one. When the ultrasonic stops acting, let the pressure continue, some pressure holding time, so that it solidifies, thus forming a strong molecular chain, to achieve the purpose of welding, welding strength can be close to the raw material body strength.

Friction welding

Friction welding refers to a method of welding by using the heat generated by the friction of the workpiece contact surface as a heat source to cause plastic deformation of the workpiece under pressure.

Sheet metal

The principle of sheet metal processing is mainly through various processing operations on metal plates, such as cutting, bending, stamping, drilling, etc., to obtain products with the required shape and structure.

Stamping

Stamping is a forming method that applies external force to plates, strips, pipes and profiles by presses and molds to produce plastic deformation or separation, so as to obtain workpieces (stamping parts) of the required shape and size.
