High and low temperature test box

High and low temperature test box

It is used to test the heat resistance, cold resistance, dry resistance and humidity resistance of the product, and evaluate the degree of product resistance to various environments. The working principle is to control the temperature and humidity inside the box to keep it running within the set value range.

Reciprocating wear tester

Reciprocating wear tester

It is used for accurate detection of the composition thickness of various coatings such as industrial electroplating, chemical plating and hot plating, as well as the concentration of metal ions in electroplating solutions. The working principle is to irradiate the X-ray on the sample, and measure the thickness of the metal film such as the coating by the intensity of the second X-ray reflected from the sample.

Image tester

Image tester

It is used in all application fields for the purpose of two-dimensional measurement, including precision geometric dimensions such as points, lines, arcs, rectangles, circles, and the length, angle, contour, surface shape, etc. of various types of precision parts. The working principle is to shoot the object from different viewpoints and calculate the depth map, and then use these depth maps to synthesize the three-dimensional model of the object.

X-ray fluorescence spectrometer

X-ray fluorescence spectrometer

It is used for analysis of harmful elements in RoHS directive, analysis of alloy (copper alloy, stainless steel, etc.) and geological mineral composition; and thickness measurement of metal coating. The working principle is based on the fact that when X-rays interact with matter, the elements in the sample absorb X-rays and then re-radiate them. This re-radiated X-ray spectrum can be measured and analyzed.

Salt spray tester

Salt spray tester

It is used to simulate the marine environment climate in nature, so as to test the corrosion resistance of the product. The working principle is to place the sample in the test chamber, open the spray system, spray a certain concentration of salt water on the surface of the sample, and simulate the salt spray and corrosion factors in the marine environment.
