It is used for the appearance and size detection of soft and hard connecting pieces. The working principle is that after being illuminated by surface light or contour light, the image is captured through the camera through the zoom objective lens and then transmitted to the computer screen through the S terminal. Then, the object to be measured is aimed at using the cross hair generator and the video cross hair generated on the display as the reference, and the optical ruler is driven by the worktable to move in the XY direction for data processing by the multifunctional data processor, the measurement is completed by calculation by software.
